Yes, we provide free standard ground shipping on all electric push cart orders within the continental United States. Transit times typically range from 3 to 7 business days.
Can the cart be used manually if the battery dies?
Absolutely. Our carts are designed with a 'freewheel' mode that allows you to push the cart manually without any motor resistance should you run out of power during a round.
What is your return policy for motorized equipment?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the cart in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for used equipment.
Are the electric components waterproof for rainy days?
The motors and control boxes are weather-resistant and designed to handle light to moderate rain. However, we recommend avoiding deep puddles and storing the cart in a dry area after wet rounds.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our electric carts come with a comprehensive 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering the frame, motor, and electronics, plus a 1-year prorated warranty on the lithium battery.
